Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring Box Loaders / Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This full-time, physically active role offers a 1st shift job with a 4-day workweek and occasional weekend work, paying on a performance-based scale.

You will hand-load, scan, and organize freight, and you must pass a background check and drug screening. Relocation is not required as the site is in West Jordan.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanning devices.
• Move cages between staging areas and trailers.
• Organize freight efficiently to maximize trailer space.
• Ensure all freight is handled safely and accurately.
• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system.
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization in a high-volume environment.
