Earn through a production-based pay structure, with average hourly earnings around $16–$25 and top performers $25–$35 per hour. Fridays through Sundays, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, full-time, in-person work.

Qualifications

• Must be physically active and able to maintain a steady pace.
• Lift and carry packages weighing 5-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Report to work on time with reliable attendance.
• Work cooperatively with team members.
• Obtain dependable transportation to West Jordan location.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Move boxes from conveyors into trailers by hand.
• Scan shipments with handheld equipment.
• Transport cages between trailers and staging areas.
• Arrange freight to create secure loads.
• Load and unload to keep freight moving and accurate.
