Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in West Jordan, Utah is hiring for the Box Loaders/Unloaders role in a full-time, physically active environment. You will load and unload freight, scan packages, and organize freight to maximize trailer space while following safety procedures.

Pay is performance-based, with average earnings of $16–$25 per hour and top performers earning $25–$35+ per hour. 1st shift: Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; 10-hour shifts; 4-day workweek. Must pass background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work safely while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation to and from the West Jordan facility.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages.
• Move cages between staging areas and trailers.
• Organize freight efficiently to maximize trailer space.
• Ensure all freight is handled safely and accurately.
