Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in West Jordan, Utah is hiring Box Loaders / Unloaders for a full-time, physically active role. You will hand-load and unload freight, scan packages, and organize shipments to maximize trailer space while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This position offers a performance-based pay structure with average earnings of $16–$25 per hour and top performers earning $25–$35+ per hour. Expect a 1st shift, 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) with occasional weekends based on needs.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical work.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to West Jordan facility.

Responsibilities

• Loading: hand-load boxes onto trailers, scan packages, move cages, organize freight, and ensure safe handling.
• Unloading: unload boxes from trailers, scan and sort into cages, maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
