Material Handler

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler at our Mankato, MN facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

NEW WEEKEND SHIFT!!!

The core hours for this shift are 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday through Sunday.

Weekend team members earn a 20% premium, reflecting 12-hour shifts, weekend work, and a 36-hour schedule that pays like 40 hours.

We are looking for a candidate with proven forklift experience for this position.

• Develop detailed knowledge of supported processes
• Pick up and drop off materials at designated areas on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace to facilitate efficient material flow
• Move materials to their intended locations
• Participate in 5S activities (sorting, organizing, cleaning, sweeping)
• Support the production process, including assembly, building components, shipping, and receiving as needed
• Manage materials transactions, including non-conformances
• Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain for inventory management, cycle counting, physical inventory, and stock notifications
• Cross-train as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of manufacturing or related experience
• Organized workspace and product handling skills
• Ability to lift 45 lbs
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours continuously
• Fluent reading and writing in English

Preferred Skills

Computer skills and MS Office experience are preferred.
