FedEx Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator II for a Fri-Sun shift in Edwardsville, IL. The role involves operating High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork trucks to receive, store, and fulfill orders, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of powered equipment experience; PPE and fall protection are required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck.
• Not afraid of heights while operating equipment.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage.
• Quality control to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Use of wire guidance systems in narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
• Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations via daily cycle counts.
• Perform other distribution duties as needed; adhere to safety rules.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements.
