Job summary

Chimes International LTD Floor Technician position is a Saturday-Sunday, 8:00am–5:00pm on-site role in Maryland. The role focuses on floor cleaning and maintenance per contract specifications, with adherence to safety rules and work requirements.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and up to six months of floor technician or custodial experience. Training on equipment and chemicals will be provided, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of floor finishes, applications, and removals.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment.
• Six months of Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Six months of Custodial experience.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and floor maintenance across all surfaces.
• Follow contract specifications and agency policies, and maintain safety standards.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; use vacuums and machines as required.
• Handle chemicals safely and maintain equipment properly.
• Assist with inventory and maintain records as needed.
• Duties may change with notice.
