Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain carpet and hard surface floors and perform tasks such as stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. The role emphasizes safety in all work areas and may involve assisting with special projects across the account.

Weekend Floor Tech shift runs Saturday through Monday, 6:00am – 6:30pm. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package; veterans are encouraged to apply. Pay rate is $17.35/hr.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.
• Strip, scrub, buff, wax, refinish, seal and spot clean floors.
• Follow safety measures in work areas.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors. The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned. Pay rate $17.35/hr.
