Job summary

Union Depot is looking for a reliable Floor Tech to maintain carpet and hard surface floors. Duties include stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning, with safety measures in work areas.

The position is a Weekend Floor Tech shift: Saturday through Monday 6:00am – 6:30pm. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpet and hard surface floors (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing)
• Perform spot cleaning and routine floor maintenance
• Follow safety measures in work areas while performing duties
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors. The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned. Pay rate $17.35/hr.

Weekend Floor Tech shift:

Saturday through Monday 6:00am – 6:30pm
