Job summary

Online Labels Group in Jenkins Township, PA is seeking a Production Associate to operate a flexographic press and assist with die-cutting blank labels and stickers. The role involves verifying margins, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining equipment.

Training shift TBD, with a Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm schedule. Starting pay $18.00–$19.00/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with flexographic and die cutting processes.
• Strong attention to detail in reading job notes and margins.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce blank labels.
• Verify margins and die cut depths per work orders.
• Identify priority orders and communicate with supervisor to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and clean press parts and report maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
