Job summary

Online Labels Group in Jenkins Township, PA is seeking a Production Associate to operate a flexographic press and assist with die-cutting blank labels and stickers. The role involves verifying margins, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining equipment.

Training shift TBD, with a Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm schedule. Starting pay $18.00–$19.00/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Overview: Production Associates work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.

Shift Available: Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm

General Duties:

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Basic experience using scanning and computer devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
