Job summary

Lip Lab in Palm Springs is seeking a Color Expert to join our vibrant team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours/week). You will help craft high-quality, personalized color experiences for guests, report to the Store Manager, and contribute to a playful, inclusive atmosphere.

Salary includes base pay plus tips, with opportunities to grow within the Lip Lab team. The role requires strong customer service, a passion for color and artistry, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for color and artistry with a passion for makeup and trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, including reservations and welcoming guests.
• Follow Lip Lab standards, operating practices and GMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to maintain a positive, inclusive store environment.
• Engage with a diverse team and represent Lip Lab professionally at all times.
• Demonstrate Lip Lab values and principles in daily interactions.
