Compensation Structure

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• Commission available on top of base pay, up to $500 per month
• Client referral goal bonus

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging each guest.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address concerns.
• Own member retention through following operational guides, excellent service, and follow-ups.
• Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching, meet sales goals, encourage add-ons, and improve sales skills.
• Foster a positive and professional culture with members and team members.
