Job summary

CMI Group in South Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Aerospace First Article Inspector for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am–2:30pm). The role requires 5+ years of aerospace experience with First Article inspections, and strong Hexagon CMM proficiency. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and working in a noisy industrial environment.

U.S. citizenship or legal residency is required. The position supports a fast-paced, safety-conscious work site with attention to GD&T and precise hand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Aerospace experience with First Article/First Piece Inspection.
• Strong Hexagon CMM experience.
• Experience with dial bore gauges and related inspection tools.
• Knowledge of GD&T is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
