Job summary

Executive Force Security in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Field Supervisor / Coverage Officer to support weekend operations across multiple active sites.

This is a high-responsibility, non-stationary role focused on maintaining coverage, enforcing standards, responding to incidents, and ensuring all locations operate smoothly; you will travel between sites and take ownership of weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of security experience (required).
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Active guard license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be dependable, responsive, and professional.
• Must be able to travel between multiple locations.

This is not a stationary position.
