Job summary

CCS CCS Facility Services is seeking a janitor to maintain common areas of office buildings and other commercial facilities. The role includes cleaning lobby doors, polishing chrome, vacuuming cabs, restroom upkeep, and general upkeep as outlined by management.

The position follows a Saturday–Sunday shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The company emphasizes a Service Heart and delivering client-focused service across thousands of commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion.
