Job summary

A regional healthcare provider located in Gravette, AR is seeking a part-time General Services Technician to support the maintenance department. The role requires a high school diploma and an active Arkansas boiler license. Responsibilities include assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, as well as operating boilers and maintaining the facility's structure. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Arkansas boiler license required.
• Valid Driver's License required if driving.
• Ability to teach/instruct and evaluate new employees.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CARE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical structure of the facility.
• Support Engineering Department with maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Respond to security needs of personnel and visitors.
