Stryker is hiring for a weekend shift production role in Portage, MI. The position features 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-3-3-4 schedule, with Week 1 Thursday–Sunday and Week 2 Friday–Sunday. Training is required Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, from start date until March 1, 2027.

You will fabricate parts, perform set-up, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience.

Competenze

• Produce high quality fabricated parts using fabrication equipment.
• Operate drilling, welding, sawing and other basic fabrication equipment.
• Conduct inspections per gage plans and troubleshoot as needed.
• Set up, prep, fabricate, clean, maintain machine center and QA own work.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records per Stryker specifications.
• Commit to quality and training/documentation criteria.

Mansioni

• Produce high quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment.
• Run production as a loaded/unloader, drill press, weld nut, saw or other basic fabrication equipment.
• Perform inspections with gage plans and use inspection equipment as needed.
• Set up, work prep, fabricate, clean up, maintain machine center and QA own work area.
• Follow policies to meet production goals and quality standards.
