Job summary

Hubner Manufacturing seeks an operator for extrusion and finishing lines in Tennessee. You will set up and run equipment, measure parts, and monitor for quality while following work instructions and prints.

Role requires reading bills of materials and maintaining clean, safe work areas. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for rubber processing experience.

• Normal or corrected vision necessary to read prints and closely examine parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Extruder/UHF line/Automatic cutter.
• Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance.
• Read and diagnose errors from machine display.
• Block release of faulty parts and units as instructed.
• Save and load tool data / tool files to the memory system.
• Cut profiles according to print specifications.
• Record inspection data as required.
• Achieve company standard times and scrap levels.
• Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber compound material.
• Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production order and packaging visualization.
• Maintain a safe and clean production area.
