- Set up and operation of Extruder / UHF line / Automatic cutter.
- Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance.
- Read and diagnose errors from machine display.
- Block release of faulty parts and units as instructed.
- Save and load tool data / tool files to the memory system.
- Cut profiles according to print specifications.
- Record inspection data as required.
- Achieve company standard times and scrap levels.
- Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber compound material.
- Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production order and packaging visualization.
- Maintain a safe and clean production area.
Educational Level for Position:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Rubber extrusion and vulcanization processes.
- Setting and calibrating machine parameters.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings, calipers, rulers, and metric system.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, machinery, and equipment.
- Independent and solution-oriented philosophy.

- Proficiency with hand coordination and dexterity.
