Job summary

Universal Polymer & Rubber, Ltd. is seeking a motivated manufacturing operator to join our team in Kentucky.

You will set up dies and downstream equipment, load materials, and read prints and blueprints to produce products per internal specifications. You must be able to read calipers accurately, record production data meticulously, package finished goods, follow company policies, and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Standing 1-10 hrs per day and lifting 1-35 lbs.
• Read prints and blueprints and calipers accurately.
• Accurate recording of production data.
