The Thompson Alumni Center at the University of Nebraska Omaha is seeking a part-time Event Associate to provide on-site support for weekend weddings, meetings, and corporate events. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site event support during weekend weddings, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate with contracted caterer to ensure quality service.
• Set up and break down event spaces according to diagrams.
• Monitor facility security and operations during events.
• Open and close the facility on weekends and secure premises.
• Communicate urgent client needs to staff and management.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, guests, and vendors.
