Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Experience in high level hospitality settings and guest services preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• TAMs/Tips and ServSafe Certifications preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• To provide exceptional table service and follow directions.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Remedy quality service deficiencies immediately.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Attend pre-event staff meetings day of event.
• Ensure quality of guest service is up to BSF standards.
• If assigned, manage all closing duties and confirm checklists are completed.
• Define company brand through outstanding guest service.
• Communicate effectively with all staff.
