Culinary Cultivations, West Michigan's premier hospitality staffing team, is looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our Event Staffing Team for the upcoming busy season.

LIVE NEAR THE LAKESHORE? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Many of our clients host weddings, private events, corporate functions, and other events throughout West Michigan's lakeshore communities, and we're looking to expand our team of hospitality professionals who already live closer to these areas.

This is a great opportunity for experienced servers and bartenders in the Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Saugatuck and surrounding areas who are looking for flexible, seasonal work without committing to a traditional weekly schedule.

You’ll also have the opportunity to pick up available shifts in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas if you’d like‑the choice is yours!

HOW IT WORKS

Our team members are independent contractors who build their own schedules based on their availability and the shifts we have available.

There’s no set weekly schedule. When opportunities become available, you can choose the shifts that work for you.

We provide qualified culinary, food service, and bartending professionals to a wide variety of clients and venues throughout West Michigan. One weekend you may be working a wedding along the lakeshore and the next you could pick up a corporate event or private function in Grand Rapids.

Team members are paid bi‑weekly for hours worked during each payment period.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re currently recruiting experienced:

• Event/Banquet Servers

• Bartenders

Our greatest need is for Saturday availability, with both AM and PM opportunities available throughout the season. Additional weekday and Sunday shifts are also available depending on client needs.

Candidates should have at least one year of food and beverage or hospitality experience and be comfortable stepping into different venues and event environments.
