Job summary

Golden Hour Designs is seeking a Weekend Event Sales Associate to represent the brand at craft fairs, festivals, and pop-ups in Sacramento. This 1099 contract role involves setting up a booth, engaging customers, and driving on-site sales.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and ability to stand for long hours. Training is provided and weekend availability is required, with travel up to local markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, pop-ups, or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass background check and provide work references.
• Experience with Shopify POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and break down the booth and displays.
• Greet customers and educate them on Golden Hour Designs’ products.
• Process sales using Shopify POS and handle payments.
• Upsell and bundle products to maximize sales.
• Restock inventory during events.
• Coordinate setup and teardown logistics.
