Golden Hour Designs in Sacramento, CA is seeking a versatile team member for a seasonal on-site role combining retail, customer service, and production support. You will greet customers, educate on product features, handle transactions with Shopify POS, and help maintain accurate inventory.

You will assist in jewelry and home goods assembly, inspect quality, pack shipments, and ensure production tools are used safely.

Qualificações

• Retail/customer service experience required, minimum one year.
• Experience with Shopify POS preferred.
• Proficiency with Slack and Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with product selections and purchases.
• Operate Shopify POS and manage inventory tracking.
• Assist in jewelry and home goods assembly and fulfillment.
• Receive, verify, and track incoming inventory; support stock levels.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate with team via Slack.
