Job summary

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is seeking Event Marketing Representatives to promote our brand at home shows and community events in New Jersey. You will engage homeowners, provide information, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations, primarily on weekends.

No industry experience is required; training is provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
• Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
