Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Washington, DC to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends. The role requires LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD and a DC license, with at least 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours availability.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training. Build a full caseload within 90 days, with a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Washington, DC.

About The Role

• Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $27,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
