Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical - Oregon, LLC seeks licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Oregon. You must be independently licensed in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD). Flexible schedule with at least 15 hours weekly across seven days. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus orientation.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and enjoy seven-day scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available to provide at least 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to clients in Oregon.
• Deliver evidence-based care and monitor client progress.

About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Oregon - LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $28,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
