Responsibilities

• Set up stations and gather supplies for service.

• Store prep items with proper dating and labeling.
• Notify Chef of shortages.
• Serve dishes per standards and specs.
• Use tools safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Close kitchen and follow closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area throughout shift.
• Keep storage areas tidy and products properly stored.
• Follow safe food handling practices.
• Return dirty utensils to proper places.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with additional duties.
