Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiences.
• Assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and table assignments.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and garnishes to answer guest questions.
• Process all payment methods and complete duties as assigned.
