Job summary

Open Arms Solutions is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for consistent weekend evening shifts in the Wheeling area with travel between client sites. The position serves Rolling Meadows nearby communities and offers a 4:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, ADLs assistance, mobility support, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, following each client's care plan and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience (preferred).
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Available for consistent weekend evening shifts, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation for client-to-client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Care between client assignments as scheduled
• Follow each client's care plan and safety guidelines
• Communicate client needs or concerns to the care team
