Qualifications

• 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Available for consistent weekend evening shifts, 4:00 PM-10:00 PM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for client-to-client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate care.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Care between client assignments as scheduled.
• Follow each client's care plan and safety guidelines.
• Communicate client needs or concerns to the care team.
