Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, and issue visitor passes.
• Screen deliveries, drivers, contractors, and visitors per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, report concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and the perimeter.
