Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio RN license and CPR prior to patient care.
• Prefer at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process with patients per physicians orders and Firelands standards of care.
• Performs assessments, monitors and documents care plans and communicates findings to physicians.
• Instructs patients and families regarding treatments and discharge planning for safe transition.
• Responds to emergencies; ensures availability of meds and supplies; maintains equipment and environment cleanliness.
• Demonstrates service excellence and represents FRMC positively.
