Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess valid State of Michigan Nursing License.
• BLS Certified.
• ACLS Cert within 3 months of hire.
• Completed and certified in Basic Arrhythmia.
• TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• ENPC within 18 months of hire.
• CPI within 1 year of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs purposeful hourly rounding including: Pain, Position, Personal needs and possessions.
• Applies nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, discharge needs.
• Triages patients per Emergency Severity Index (ESI) from minor to critical.
