Job summary

McLaren is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Services department on the Night shift in Michigan. The RN will coordinate care for monitored patients during hospital stay, including cardiac monitoring and acute care, ensuring quality nursing care per department standards.

Responsibilities include hourly rounding, applying the nursing process, and delivering direct and indirect patient care in the emergency room setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess valid State of Michigan Nursing License.
• BLS certified.
• ACLS certified within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs purposeful hourly rounding including pain, position, personal needs and possessions.
• Applies the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge needs.
• Provides professional direct and indirect patient care in the emergency room setting.
