Job summary

Lift, Inc. is hiring a full-time Electro-Mechanical Technician for the weekend shift in Pottsville, PA. This role focuses on owning advanced automation systems and ensuring uptime on conveyors, ASRS, and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support a 100% employee‑owned culture with strong growth opportunities and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

Preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience or coursework with mechanical and/or electrical components.
Knowledge of compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
2–3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair robotic ASRS systems and complex conveyance equipment.
Troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, palletizers, and GTP systems; diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Identify problems, fabricate parts when needed, and restore operations with precision and pride.
