Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. in Libertyville, IL is seeking a compassionate caregiver for an elderly client on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with about 6–7 hours weekly. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous elderly care experience preferred.
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and personal care.
• Reliable, dependable, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with daily showers and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance; the client uses a walker.
• Accompany the client on a one-hour outdoor walk each day, ensuring safety throughout the walk.
• Serve the client's pre-prepared lunch and clean up after the meal.
• Provide wheelchair assistance and safely operate the wheelchair when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning the client's bathroom and bedroom.
• Complete laundry as needed.
• Observe the client's physical condition, mood, and behavior.
• Report any changes in the client's condition or any concerns to the appropriate supervisor or designated contact promptly.
