Job summary

Griswold Home Care in San Antonio is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical elderly care and companionship. Flexible hours include day and night shifts, with opportunities for 2-hour to 24-hour care, and we offer training.

As a Caregiver you help with laundry, shopping, meals, hygiene, bathing, and feeding, while maintaining client dignity and independence. You will document shifts and communicate with the office to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• At least 6 months of PCA, Caregiving, or CNA experience working with the elderly.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with laundry, groceries, and meal preparation.
• Provide non-medical elder care and companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding.
• Offer dementia-friendly companionship and support.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate with the office.
