Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Weekend EHS Technician to support the El Paso, TX site. This position offers a 36‑hour workweek with 40 hours paid and a base hourly rate of $23.92, plus eligibility for a variable incentive plan.

Responsibilities include implementing MESH tools, leading EHS initiatives, and partnering with site teams to improve safety and environmental performance. The role requires at least a high school diploma and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA regulations familiarity and environmental/chemical compliance awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork are essential.
• Experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with MESH implementation to improve EHS performance.
• Provide and/or facilitate EHS training as needed.
• Lead incident investigations and track OSHA 300 data.
• Enter EHS data and corrective actions into MESH Prism and generate monthly scorecards.
• Perform Site Level and Workstation Risk Assessments and implement corrective actions.
