Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one year of EHS experience acceptable or strong aptitude to learn.
• Ability to work onsite in Hollister and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite EHS contact during weekend shifts and respond to safety questions and incidents.
• Conduct manufacturing-floor observations and Gemba walks to identify hazards and document findings.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and corrective-action follow-ups; maintain safety records.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis; support stop-work decisions when needed.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and leadership to reinforce safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
