Job summary

You will drive operational planning, budgeting support, process improvements, and compliance, while coaching supervisors and hourly staff to achieve company goals and maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of distribution center experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provides departmental input to DC Manager for operating plans and budgeting.
• Leads associates to ensure safety, compliance, and inventory integrity.
• Drives process improvement and analyzes utilization of assets and labor.
• Manages performance of supervisors and hourly staff; coaches and counsels as needed.
