Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Dishwasher at Concordia University Austin to support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, manage supplies, and assist with basic setup and break-down tasks as directed, with responsibilities varying by account.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, no prior work experience, and knowledge of sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
