Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license valid in TN.
• Experience with developmentally disabled or caregiving is preferred.
• Empathetic with a team approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform Safe & Positive Approaches.
• Willing to undergo drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living per individualized plans.
• Keep individuals safe, healthy, and in a clean environment.
• Plan, implement, and document programs addressing social, emotional, physical needs.
• Plan and participate in community outings.
• Shop for home needs like food, clothing, and supplies.
• Schedule and transport to doctor visits, shopping, and day programs.
