Job summary

ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 1st and 2nd). Indianapolis, IN-based role offering paid training, no prior experience required, and a pathway to certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration).

Position includes a competitive hourly rate, benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, annual increases, and a variety of flexible schedules. Weekend work supports individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Own reliable personal vehicle for transporting individuals.
• Valid Indiana driver license and car insurance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with team to meet residents' health and safety needs.
• Assist individuals in daily activities and independence.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
