Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Community Inclusion Supervisor, the Community Inclusion Coordinator provides individualized support to clients through community-based activities that promote socialization, education, recreation, and personal development. The Coordinator will interact directly with clients, follow applicable Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) guidelines, and uphold Alpha’s mission and values while supporting clients in maximizing their quality of life.

Starting Wage:
All CIC new hires will start at $28.00/hr regardless of experience
Wage Scale:
$28.00-33.60/hr
Benefits for Part-time and Full-Time Employees (30 hours or more a week) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) (non-profit version of a 401(k)) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual.
Please note: As of 10-18-21 all workers in Long-Term Care are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Employees in this position are members of a bargaining unit represented by SEIU. Wages and benefits are currently under negotiation and may change depending upon the results of the collective bargaining process.
