Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct support per service plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill development.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, shopping, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain records while protecting confidentiality.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers; follow Sevita standards.
• Report abuse, medical, behavioral, or safety incidents per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support rights protections and universal safety practices.
