Qualifications

• Compassion and reliability in caregiving.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR and PCM certifications required within specified timeframe.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Support daily living and independence skills.
• Coach, mentor, and advocate for individuals.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive home environment.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community events.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities in home and community.
• Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
• Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
