Job summary

Pathway to Success LLC in Petersburg, VA is hiring a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support youth in a DBHDS-licensed residential group home. The position covers Friday through Sunday shifts (day, evening, and overnight) with a focus on daily routines, ADLs, and skill-building in a structured, therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children or teens (parenting alone does not qualify).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available every Friday through Sunday, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Availability for holidays that fall on scheduled weekends.

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support our residents from Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend hours. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs), implement service plans, and help youth develop skills to thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

Pay
