Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
• Experience in behavioral or emotional support.
• Experience in life coaching or mentoring.
• Experience in autism or intellectual/developmental disability support.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive companionship and guidance during weekend activities.
• Assist with community engagement and recreational outings.
• Support independence, decision-making, and personal growth.
• Use positive support strategies and encouraging communication.
• Help build daily living, social, and coping skills through coaching.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the support team.
